JOIN LEGENDARY SINGER, SONGWRITER, BROADWAY STAR AND ACTIVIST, STEPHANIE MILLS AS WE HELP FAMILIES IN THE CHARLOTTE AREA HAVE A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY SEASON WITH LOVE

The theme for 2025 is 50/50/50: A Celebration of Love and Legacy! The 444LOVE Foundation is proud to honor the 50th Anniversary of THE WIZ on Broadway. This is the iconic production that introduced the world to our Founder and CEO, Stephanie Mills, as “Dorothy”. At the age of 17 her memorable performance is embedded in the hearts of fans around the world 50 years later.

The realization that, amid events happening around the world, food security is in peril, government provisions are in question, and the smiles on children’s faces are in jeopardy. But we can assist local families in the Charlotte community. We have a goal over the holiday season to share our legacy and show love to a minimum of 50 families. We want to give them a holiday season that they will forever remember.

Our first event will be held November 24th and we will pass out 50 Turkeys for Thanksgiving, followed by sponsoring 50 families for Christmas with meals and gifts. Finally 50 families affected by Down Syndrome will receive needed support from The 444LOVE Foundation.

Commissioner Yvette Townsend-Ingram will host the Turkey give-a-way on Monday, November 24th. Our commissioner has dedicated her career in public service to helping those in need. She currently serves as the Democratic chair of precinct 89; is a member of the NC SEC (State Executive Committee); and served a term on the Mecklenburg County CRC (Community Relations Committee), appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. She is excited to unite with The 444LOVE Foundation and stated, “It’s an honor to join Ms. mills and 444LOVE in this meaningful celebration. Together, we’re feeding families, uplifting spirits, and reminding our community that love is the greates gift of all.”

JOIN US AS WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE THIS SEASON FOR THOSE IN NEED.

The 444LOVE Foundation has partnered with Cre8tive Partners, a benchmarked company focused recognizing individuals for their contributions to our community as well as hosting memorable entertainment events. The Annual BeFest (Black Excellence Festival) and the street-naming of Stephanie Mills Way are among the events they host. As you see, this partnership is a natural fit, and the contributions from owners, Nathan Smalls and Trina Gibson are valued.

About 444Love and Down Syndrome Awareness

The 444Love Foundation embraces and focuses on individuals with Down Syndrome.  Ms. Mills is the mother of Farad J. Through the 444Love Foundation, Ms. Mills has helped many parents create positive environments and enabled their children to exceed expectations and reach their ever evolving potential. 444Love Foundation sponsored the Mills Scholarship (for The Benson Scholarship Foundation). In addition to being a keynote speaker on the subject, making community appearances, and serving as a panelists at such functions as the Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration, 444Love continues to spread the message that “Love Conquers All”.

The 444Love Foundation will continue to share the story of Down Syndrome in our communities because we believe that with awareness, love and patience, the world will be a better place. All proceeds will benefit 444Love 501(c)3.
